The process of handling and expedition of the fruit, which is carried out entirely in our Almenara facilities, consists of three phases:

1. Reception
The collected fruit is analyzed, valuating the items and proceeding to their subsequent washing, pre-calibration and selection for handling.

2. Manufacturing
The fruit is subjected to a drying process, selection of size and category, following the parameters of the company for its classification as first, second or third brand (Torres, Copla and Samba, respectively). Subsequently, the final product is packaged, labeled and weighed.

3. Expedition
The fruit is pre-cooled and shipped in refrigerated trucks, or stored in a special chamber until loaded. The cold chain never breaks.

At the end of each of these phases, a control is carried out to guarantee compliance with the quality levels set by the company.
